Job summary

We are seeking a talented Front-End Designer with a strong foundation in UI/UX principles and expertise in HTML,CSS, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in designing and developing responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces. Experience with modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI, along with performance optimization techniques, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Utilize modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS,  Bootstrap, or Material UI to streamline styling and enhance UI     consistency.
  • Optimize front-end performance by implementing efficient rendering efficient  rendering techniques, lazy loading, and asset optimization.
  • Develop custom UI components and design libraries to ensure scalability and maintainability.
  • Work with D3. js other data visualization libraries to create dynamic and interactive visual representations.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional front-end code.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility.
  • Maintain and enhance website usability, accessibility, and  overall user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end development best practices.
  • Work closely with back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with front-end frameworks / libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Expertise in CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI for efficient styling.
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and user-centered design.
  • Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and responsive design.
  • Experience in custom UI component development and designing reusable front-end libraries.
  • Familiarity with D3.js or other data visualization  libraries for interactive graphics.
  • Basic experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with UI testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
  • Exposure to REST APIs and integration practices.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and web usability best practices.
  • Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Understanding of Web Performance Optimization (WPO) techniques such as lazy loading, caching strategies, and efficient     rendering.
